1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Thexplyxkhod website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Thexplyxkhod provides professional printing services including but not limited to business cards, flyers, brochures, posters, banners, and custom design services in Auckland, New Zealand.

3. Orders and Quotes

3.1 Quotes

All quotes provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice.

3.2 Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. An order is only accepted when we send you a confirmation email.

3.3 Artwork and Files

You are responsible for providing print-ready artwork. We offer design services at an additional cost. You warrant that you have the right to use all content provided for printing.

4. Payment Terms

• Payment is due before printing begins unless credit terms have been agreed in writing
• We accept credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers
• All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST
• Late payment may incur interest charges

5. Delivery

5.1 Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in delivery.

5.2 Shipping

Shipping costs are additional unless otherwise stated. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

6. Quality and Proofs

• We provide digital proofs for approval before printing
• You are responsible for checking proofs for errors
• Once approved, we cannot be held responsible for errors in the final product
• Slight colour variations may occur due to different screen calibrations and printing processes

7. Cancellations and Changes

Orders may be cancelled or modified before production begins. Once production has started, cancellation fees may apply. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production begins.

8. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your artwork and designs. We retain the right to use images of completed work for promotional purposes unless you request otherwise.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the order. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services.

10. Warranty and Returns

We warrant that our products are free from defects in materials and workmanship. Please see our Return Policy for details on returns and refunds.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved under New Zealand law. The courts of Auckland, New Zealand shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

12. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
